Access to goobet is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. goobet operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, access, or use any product on the Platform under any circumstances.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or be a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not have previously been excluded from the Platform by goobet for any reason, including responsible gaming self-exclusion, fraud, or terms violations.
• Own Account: You must be registering and operating the account in your own name, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

By registering an account, you expressly represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. If goobet discovers at any time that you did not meet these requirements at the point of registration or at any subsequent point, goobet reserves the right to close your account immediately and to void any bets placed or casino play conducted during the ineligibility period.

All financial transactions on the goobet Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). goobet does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Third-party payment providers (such as bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside goobet's control.

• Deposit Ownership: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Pending Withdrawals: goobet reserves the right to conduct security and verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. Pending withdrawals may be delayed if KYC documents are outstanding or if unusual account activity is detected.
• Forfeiture on Closure: If your account is closed by goobet for breach of these Terms, any funds derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting may be forfeited in full.
• No Unlawful Transactions: You must not use the goobet Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity. goobet cooperates with relevant authorities and may report suspicious transactions as required by applicable regulations.

goobet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Bangladesh players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, which apply in addition to the specific terms published with each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms at the time the offer is presented.
• Minimum Deposit: To qualify for a deposit bonus, the qualifying deposit must meet the minimum deposit threshold specified in the promotion terms. Deposits made via payment methods excluded from a specific promotion will not qualify.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates for each game category are set out in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Any bonus funds or associated wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stated period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold and wager on one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Depositing while a bonus is active does not automatically apply a second bonus — the new deposit will be credited as real-money balance.
• Bonus Abuse: goobet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error is identified. Repeated bonus abuse will result in account closure.
• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus (up to ৳30,000 on first deposit) is available to new players making their first deposit only. The welcome bonus cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other first-deposit promotion. Full welcome bonus terms are displayed at the time of first login.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the goobet Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through the use of another individual, is strictly prohibited.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity documents, or impersonating any individual during KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, arbitrage, matched betting coordination, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live casino games, or sports betting markets.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, automated betting systems, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner to place bets or play casino games.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly placing bets or playing at game tables where an obvious technical error in odds, game configuration, or balance crediting has occurred. goobet will void all transactions made during a demonstrable technical error.
• Courtsiding / Inside Information: Placing sports bets using real-time information not yet reflected in the Platform's odds (courtsiding) or using insider information obtained from match participants.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases, or administrative systems.
• Offensive Conduct: Using the live chat, support channels, or any community features of the Platform to engage in harassment, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory communication directed at goobet staff or other players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, goobet expressly excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform or your inability to access or use the Platform, whether such loss is direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or otherwise.

• Gambling Losses: goobet accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through participation in any betting or casino product on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that you participate entirely at your own risk and at your own discretion.
• Technical Failures: goobet strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. goobet will not be liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, server errors, or internet connectivity issues — including during live cricket matches or live casino sessions.
• Third-Party Payment Providers: goobet is not liable for delays, errors, or failures attributable to third-party payment services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank transfer provider. Issues with these services should be raised directly with the relevant provider.
• Unauthorised Account Access: goobet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was enabled by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Accuracy of Information: While goobet makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of odds, game rules, promotional terms, and other information displayed on the Platform, goobet does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of such information and reserves the right to correct errors at any time.
• Maximum Liability: Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, goobet's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your goo bet account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. goobet operates the Platform to serve the Bangladesh market and endeavours to conduct all Player interactions in a fair, transparent, and consistent manner.

• Dispute Resolution — First Step: In the event of any dispute relating to your account, a transaction, a bet settlement, or a bonus, you should first contact goobet's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. goobet aims to resolve all Player disputes within 5 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
• Escalation: If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support process, you may request escalation to goobet's Player Resolution Team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute Escalation". The Resolution Team will review your complaint and provide a written decision within 10 business days.
• Finality of Decisions: With respect to the outcome of individual bets, casino game results, and bonus calculations, goobet's decision — once issued through the formal escalation process — is final and binding, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Language: All formal dispute correspondence must be conducted in English. Communications submitted in other languages may be returned for resubmission in English.
• Time Limit for Claims: Any claim or dispute relating to a specific transaction, bet, or casino game round must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims submitted outside this window may not be considered.
